Presley is currently semi retired. He was employed at DuPont Hospitality for 20 years as the Personal & Protection Manager. He later took the role of Security Risk Manager at Hotel DuPont and remained there for almost 22 years. He is a trusted and valued member in the Delaware region. Presley has a Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Business & Organizational Security Management. He is a long time ASIS member and advocate for Physical security.

ASIS Member 21 years. USAF Veteran, Former Investigator with State of Delaware, established O’Rourke Investigative Associates, Inc. in 1998. Multi-State Private Investigation Firm that specializes in Violent Crime Defense, Civil Tort Investigation, and Human Resource Investigation.

Ken has been a longtime ASIS Member since 1989 and a member of the Delaware Chapter since 2003. He was an E-7 First Sergeant in the Air Force, and later the District Loss Prevention Manager at Ames department stores for 32 years and an Allied Universal Security Operations Manager for eight years. While working full time, Ken is also the former Mayor of Carneys in Point Twp, NJ, Mayor Emeritus of the NJ Conference of Mayors., Membership in Knights of Columbus Council #2607, VFW Post #8840, and American Legion Post #0025. Most importantly, Ken has been married to his wife Andrea for 53 years, who blessed him with two Children, and five grandchildren.

Mike has a wealth of experience in security and law enforcement, having worked in both the public and private sectors throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and earned 18 Master's credits through the American Council on Education in the Security/Emergency Management field. Unfortunately, his degree was put on hold in early 2020 to dedicate his full time and attention to the Security and Logistical Operations of the COVID-19 vaccination effort. Despite his busy schedule, he hopes to one day find the time to complete his Master's degree.
After his career as a Delaware police officer, Mike became part of the ASIS pilot program for the APP certification. Shortly after, he obtained his CPP board certification, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and staying current with industry standards. Mike also became a member of the International Association of Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) and completed their progressive training program. This culminated in his earning the CHPA certification, which recognizes his expertise in healthcare security management.
Currently, Mike is the Chief Constable at St Francis Hospital and Director of Public Safety for the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Southern Region. He oversees the security operations at St Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE, and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA.
Role: Law Enforcement Liaison
Rich retired at the rank of Lieutenant after a 23-year career with the Wilmington Department of Police in Wilmington, Delaware. Rich spent over half of his career serving in the Criminal Investigations Division as a Detective and Detective Sergeant investigating all major crimes and supervising a squad of Detectives. Prior to his promotion to Lieutenant, Rich commanded the Financial Crimes Unit and was charged with investigating financial crimes that included check fraud, credit card fraud, embezzlement, and other fraud-related investigations.
After retiring from his law enforcement career, Rich began a second career in the private sector with MBNA America Bank in Executive Security, assigned to the CFO and his family. While at MABNA America Bank, Rich also served in the Inter Audit Department, Corporate Investigations Unit conducting internal fraud investigations and security audits at MBNA America Bank locations throughout the United States. Rich also served as an Assistant Vice President in Human Resources.
After leaving MBNA America Bank, Rich worked in the Human Resource space specializing in Employee Relations and Fraud Investigation in the banking space for twelve years. During that time, Rich began working at O’Rourke Investigative Associates as a Senior Investigator on a part-time basis and is now working full-time with the organization.
Rich holds an AAS in Criminal Justice and a BS in Human Resource Management.
